Terms of Service for BoostUp

By installing the BoostUp Upsell & Cross Sell application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you violate or break any of these Terms, your Services will immediately be terminated.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you verify that you are a Shopify merchant and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App provides tools for Shopify merchants to display upsell and cross-sell offers, including "Frequently Bought Together" widgets, Cart Add-ons, and Post-Purchase funnels. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time to improve the service.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content of the offers and products you display using the App.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and Shopify's Terms of Service.
  • You maintain ownership of your customer data. We process this data solely to provide the App's functionality.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and "BoostUp" branding, is the intellectual property of BoostUp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your Shopify store.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BoostUp be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.
