About Cart Add-ons (Pop-up) Campaign

The Cart Add-ons (Pop-up) campaign displays relevant add-on products in a pop-up when a customer clicks the “Checkout” button. This feature encourages customers to consider additional items, providing a quick and effective way to increase order value.

  • Perfect for showing last-minute add-ons before checkout.

  • Add-ons are not preselected—customers can pick the products they want.

  • Optionally, enable the quantity selector so customers can choose multiple add-ons.

  • You can also set a timer to create a sense of urgency.

Where does the widget appear?

The widget appears when the “Checkout” button aywhere in store (may be in cart drawer, cart page etc).

Example Use Cases

On the hoodie product page, when a customer clicks the “Add to cart” button, you can showcase related add-on products such as sunglasses, bracelets, or chains.

The customer can then select the add-ons they want and either click “Add items to cart” or proceed directly by selecting “Skip to checkout.”

Points to keep in mind

This feature allows you to display additional products—whether related or unrelated—that customers can choose to add to their order before completing checkout. Customers have the

flexibility to either select any of the suggested add-ons or skip them entirely.
