If your widget isn’t appearing on the Thankyou page, it could be due to several reasons. Please check the following:

Confirm that the offer products are active and currently in stock.

The “Thankyou page” app block is added in your theme. (2.0 theme)
3. The widget will not appear if the cart contains only the offer products and does not include the trigger product.
